Agent routing profile and Screen Capture username can be edited via this call

Parameters

  • TenantID - How your specific customer instance is identified, this will be a number. Find this in the app Help (?) icon > MotionCX Voice > Tenant:
  • AgentID - ID column in Administration > Users
  • RoutingProfileId - Routing Profiles can be found using this call
  • LocalUsername - This is the local username that the user logs into for Screen Capture. Screen Capture is not a currently available feature.
  • It is recommended advanced filter object be done outside of the API document for best results.
