Agent Case Statuses from Reporting API

  • A Case is the set of information related to a situation or occurrence with a patron. (AKA "ticket"). A case is normally created at the point where interaction is queued. There are other circumstances where a case can be created: a new email without a trigger, an API call, entered through an embedded web application, or directly entered from the MCP (MotionCX Portal Client) application.
