This allows editing an existing survey.

Parameters

  • TenantID - How your specific customer instance is identified, this will be a number. Find this in the app Help (?) icon > MotionCX Voice > Tenant:
  • Id - ticketSurveyId found here this identifies the particular survey.
  • LastViewedAt - Time in UTC.
  • AnsweredAt - Times in UTC.
  • RatingType - Thumb/Star?
  • Score - Survey Score.
  • Comment - Add a new comment the survey response.
  • It is recommended advanced filter object be done outside of the API document for best results.
