This request allows the addition and modification of Phone Dial Patterns.
- Administration > Interaction Admin > Dial Patterns
- Authentication required, please visit this page for Authentication How To.
Parameters
- TenantID - How your specific customer instance is identified, this will be a number. Find this in the app Help (?) icon > MotionCX Voice > Tenant:
- Pattern - The dial string that enters this particular Dial Pattern.
- DestinationType - where the Dial Pattern takes the interaction to.
- Description - In the UI this shows a long form explanation of the dial patterns use.
- **DisplayInAgentApp - T/F to show this in the MotionCX agent.
- Order - This is rank priority if multiple actions are using the same Dial Pattern.
- It is recommended advanced filter object be done outside of the API document for best results.
Responses available:
- 200
- 401
- 403
Example return:
200 and a numeric string shows success.
