Case Management
Case management is the heart of the MotionCX platform and is used to track interactions and data points for meaningful customer outcomes. Case forms are customizable per interaction type and queue, and can be referenced and searched throughout the MotionCX platform.
Case Terminology
Throughout the MotionCX platform, cases may also be referred to as tickets. The terms are interchangeable.
Case Access
The All Cases page allows users to search for existing cases, view case details, and update the details and resolution of the case. To access the All Cases page, navigate to Cases > All Cases from the left navigation menu.
