Dashboards

The MotionCX Dashboard provides a real-time view into Agents, Queues, and Cases to give visibility into your team's performance. Dashboards can be customized per user and tailored to your display preferences.

Dashboard Access

To access your dashboards, navigate to Dashboard from the left navigation menu. Unless previously edited, the default dashboard will display.
