Lock Page Display

The Lock Page Display toggle is used to prevent re-directs to other pages within the application on an inbound interaction. For example, an inbound call to an agent may trigger navigation to the Cases screen to log the call. Enabling the Lock Page Display will prevent this automatic navigation and keep the agent on the Dashboard screen.
