Favorite Cases

To help keep track of cases that are of high importance, a case can be marked as a favorite. Favorite cases are specific to your your user and allow for quick retrieval through the use of the Favorites quick filter on the All Cases page.

Favorite A Case

When viewing a case, the case can be favorited by clicking the Star icon next to the case number. The star will become yellow indicating the case is a favorite. Clicking the star again will un-favorite the case.

Viewing Favorite Cases

To easily locate your favorite cases, view the Tickets tab of the Cases > All Cases and click the Favorite quick filter button. All favorite cases will be returned in the cases list.
