Disabling Contacts
Disabling contacts is helpful if you no longer want a contact available for association to a case but would like to retain the contacts case history. Disabling a contact does not delete the contact or it's association to cases, and the contact can be re-enabled at a later time if needed.
Disabling Contacts
To disable a contact, navigate to the Contacts page and click the Actions button next to the contact, then select Disable. The contact will now be disabled.
