Contact Records

A Contact is a person whose interactions are managed through the MotionCX platform. Contacts are usually customers, but they may also be business partners, employees, or users within MotionCX. MotionCX captures a contact record for each unique customer, and all of the interactions with the customer, whether through email, chat, or outbound call, will be tied to that contact record.
