AI Transcription
A newly implemented softphone feature that allows users to view real-time transcriptions during phone calls.
When AI transcription begins, an icon with a red dot will appear in the bottom-right corner of the softphone to indicate the conversation is being transcribed.
Please note: Using the Pause Recording, Mute, Park Call, or Hold functions will stop the transcription.
