Edit Queue: Suppress

The Suppression Tab is used for disable all or specific activities. When an activity is suppressed neither the user or customer will be able to use it.

(Ex. Suppress Email Create: Users and customers won’t be able to create or send emails for this queue, including any cases assigned to it.)
